Adams Named to Men Against Breast Cancer Cougar Cup All-Tournament Team

Adams averaged 17.0 points, 4.0 assists and 3.5 rebounds over the four games
HOUSTON — Junior guard Ako Adams was named to the Men Against Breast Cancer Cougar Cup All-Tournament Team, announced Saturday following the Houston-BYU game.
Over the four games, Adams averaged 17.0 points, 4.0 assists and 3.5 rebounds while connecting on 57.9% from the field, 55.6% from three and 90.0% from the free throw line.
In the Owls opening game of the tournament against Alabama A&M, Adams set career-highs with 22 points and seven assists. He also twice tied his career high of five three-pointers against Alabama A&M and Houston.
On the year, the Washington, D.C., native leads the team with 15.2 points and 3.7 assists. He is connecting on 48.3% from the floor, 48.6% from three and a team-high 93.8 from the charity stripe.
